Add simple animations to a scene

I have a house life scene.
I want to add some animations to it.
I wish your help.
The animations will be as following.
- Sleeping on the bed.
- Watching TV.
- Water a plant
- Reading a book & Writing
These animations will be linked with walking animation.
And in my scene, walking animation is a little strange. Side walking should be fixed.
