Adafruit Flora Fire Animation

I need assistance programming 4 Adafruit Flora boards to control 4 small groups of wearable LED strips. The goal is to create a realistic moving fire animation effect exactly like the Guy on Fire from Pink Floyd's Wish You Were Here album from 1975. Experience with Arduino IDE, Adafruit Flora, LED programming, and animations is required. If you know what you are doing, this should be simple. I have only 14 days to build it all, so I need the boards asap.

I am having trouble programming these boards because some of the stuff online that I am looking at is pretty dated, including software versions, and I am getting error messages that I don't have the experience to troubleshoot quickly.

The fee quote was a range, I'm assuming $250 is a minimum, set by default. I think this should cost less for what I need, but not hung up on that.
