Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced curriculum developer to create a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) Training Program that equips new MLOs to consistently close multiple loans each month and succeed in a commission-only role. Deliverables include 10–15 animated video modules (5–10 minutes each), responsive website pages, module quizzes, a final exam, and practical assignments. Topics include lead generation, pipeline management, Loan Estimate preparation, refinancing analysis, borrower objections, and financial planning.
The program should feature engaging, professional video presentations, real-world scenarios, downloadable resources, and a trainee progress-tracking system. Additionally, weekly reports summarizing trainee performance for recruiters are required.
