Instructional video for comparing two processes, Before and After the process are changed in order to show how the new process are way better.
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I need a presentation, such as an instructional video or something similar, that shows an existing process before and after a new process takes place.
* I do accept suggestions on how that can be achieved.
Here are the steps for the "Before" and "After" processes:
Steps for the "Before" process:
1 - User logs into the system.
2 - User navigates to the existing process page: "Pre-Matricula".
3 - User selects the "Add" button.
4 - User selects "Aluno Cadastrado".
5 - User selects the option to change to "Aluno Cadastrado".
6 - User uses the search field to look up the specific student.
7 - User types the student name or part of the student name.
8 - User selects the new "Turma".
9 - User confirms the "New Turma".
10 - User confirms who is the "Responsável Pedagógico", selecting either "Mãe" or "Pai". These are two selections.
11 - User presses "Continuar".
12 - User confirms who is the "Responsável Financeiro", selecting either "Mãe" or "Pai". These are also two selections.
13 - User can add notes if necessary.
14 - User needs to confirm any mandatory documents.
15 - User needs to click twice to confirm the documents.
16 - User can send an email with notes to the student guardians.
17 - User saves all the records.
18 - User enters the same student and confirms their new "Turma".
19 - User needs to go to the student finance page to generate the new invoice, or to the invoicing page to 20 - generate the invoice for a specific student or students for a specific "Turma AEC", and then they can send the invoice and emails.

1 - User logs into the system.
2 - User navigates to the updated process page: "Enturmar em Atividades Extra Curriculares".
3 - User selects the "New Turma".
4 - User uses the "Expand Selection/Show All" feature.
5 - User selects all students who will be "Enturmados" in the "New Turma".
6 - User selects an email and the "Comunicado" that will be used.
7 - User confirms the process.
Selection Criteria:
* Cost: The total cost will be a determining factor in selecting the freelancer. Please ensure your bid reflects the total cost.
* Portfolio: Please include a link to your portfolio or previous work and designs.
* Availability: I am looking for someone who can start the project as soon as possible.
* Timing: The task must be completed within 3 days, and the first proposed design must be sent within 24 hours of the freelancer selection.

Any images and materials will only be sent to the awarded freelancer, and I will also provide a detailed presentation showing all steps for both processes. This will be done only after the selected freelancer has been awarded the project.
