XSLT to Angular Conversion

I need two static XSLT HTML pages converted to an Angular project while retaining the original design. The Angular components must match the existing HTML functionality exactly.

Pages to convert:

Requirements:
- Use DataSources from the provided web service: http://www.cmsmanhattan.com:8081/actuator/swagger-ui/index.html#/login-controller/login

- Implement with our existing Angular component structure (files will be provided)
- The APIs will fetch, submit, and delete data

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in Angular and XSLT
- Strong understanding of web service integration
- Attention to detail for design fidelity
- Experience with component-based architecture in Angular

It must fit for mobile size if user will use mobile phone
