Urgent Deploy Angular Site on GCP
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I already have a full-stack website with an Angular front-end wired to a Java back-end. Everything runs smoothly on my local machine; what’s missing is a rock-solid, production-ready deployment on Google Cloud Platform—and I need it live as soon as humanly possible.
Your task is to take the existing codebase (currently in Git) and get the entire stack up and running on GCP. I’m open to whichever service—App Engine, Cloud Run, Compute Engine, or even GKE—best balances cost, scalability, and speed of rollout. SSL, environment variables, logging, and basic monitoring all need to be in place. If a managed SQL instance or Firestore is required, configure it; otherwise, advise and implement a lightweight alternative.
Deliverables
• Public HTTPS URL serving the Angular site, with the Java API functioning end-to-end
• Automated build & deploy pipeline tied to my repo (Cloud Build or GitHub Actions triggering gcloud commands)
• Brief hand-off document explaining the infrastructure choices, how to redeploy, and how to scale
Acceptance criteria: the URL resolves globally, the Angular UI loads without console errors, every API endpoint returns expected JSON, and a redeploy from a fresh commit completes without manual tweaks.
