Project Description:
The Exam-Gen app organization and upgrade project includes the following requirements:
IMPORTANT: Individual Developers ONLY
Strictly No Agencies, No Development Firms, and No Brokers/Middlemen.
I am looking for a direct 1-on-1 working relationship with the person writing the code.
Verification: A brief video intro call is required before hiring to verify you are an individual freelancer.
NDA Required: The selected developer must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before starting the project.

Payment Terms (Strict):
Single Final Payment: 100% of the payment will be released only upon full completion, successful deployment on my server, and final verification of all requirements.

Only apply if you are comfortable with receiving the full payment once the project is 100% finished and working on the server.
Core Objective: Full Migration with Zero Visual/Functional Change
The upgraded version (Angular 19) must be identical to the original version in every aspect (UI/UX and behavior).

1. Timeline (Critical):
Immediate Start: The developer must be able to start within 2–3 days of being hired.
Duration: The entire project, including testing and deployment, must be completed within 7 days from the start date.
2. Environment & Framework Upgrade:
Upgrade the workspace including Angular (from v14.x to v19 stable), npm, and node.js to the latest stable versions.
Convert and refactor app code to be fully compatible with Angular 19, including replacement or adjustment of all External Dependencies.
3. Build Process & Script Integration (Mandatory):
Script-Based Compilation: The project MUST be successfully compiled and deployed using my existing batch scripts:
Compile Exam-Gen - Dev.bat
Compile Exam-Gen - Prod.bat
Success Criteria: Running these scripts must result in a successful build without any error messages or warnings.
4. Quality Assurance & Tests:
ng serve must run in both D:\exam-gen-dev and D:\exam-RNT-dev without errors.
Reorganize the application folder (D:\exam-gen-dev) to strictly follow standard Angular app structure.
No Video Demos: Completion is defined only by a working installation on my server, not by video recordings.
5. Restoration & Comparison Scripts:
Developer will provide Windows batch scripts that allow seamless switching between the new version and the original version.
