Trade Union Membership Management Source Code

I am looking into acquiring source code for a trade union membership management. This includes membership registration, collection of membership contributions, membership organization, grievances and legal case management. For case management, the system should allow for updates, billing, integration with financial management system, data analytics among many other features necessary for effective legal management. The system should be accessible via mobile app, by all users - members, lawyers, etc., and should be available offline.

The source code, once acquired, will be enhanced to meet additional requirements and those mentioned above that may not be available.
