Startup Hiring Developers & Designers, HR, Cooperation
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m expanding our fast-growing tech startup and need several new teammates who are as passionate about innovation as we are. Right now I have three main areas to fill: HR specialists who can help us scale our people-first culture, creative web designers who know how to translate ideas into clean, intuitive interfaces, and a range of developer positions.
On the development side I’m looking for:
• a front-end engineer who is confident in Angular and ready to own the user experience
• a back-end engineer comfortable building robust, scalable services (language and framework are open as long as you can prove reliability and clean architecture)
• a DevOps engineer who thrives on automating builds, deployments and monitoring in a cloud environment
All roles require fluent English because close, real-time collaboration is key. Working hours that overlap with European or US time zones are preferred so our distributed team can move quickly together.
