Social Media Platform Development – No Agencies
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
Hi all!
I have an existing small social network, but, it needs a refresh and think it would be easier to just build a new one from scratch, so looking to work with someone on this to build out the platform then as ongoing work for future improvements and maintenance on this site. It will be a complete new build, no need to worry about linking up with old user databases or anything, so a nice and clean project for you :)
I'm flexible of what languages, frameworks, etc you want to use, happy to discuss, but probably makes sense to go with something like angular, vue.js or similar.
Think of building a basic twitter, and you will get the idea of functionality required, will need,
- Account creation,
- Posting (text, image, video),
- Internal messaging.
- Responsive design for desktop / mobile views.
- Scalable
- Admin back end for user control.
I've got mockup designs for essentially every page needed, so would just be a case of you just going through these and turning it a working website.
Budget I've put in is just a place holder, let me know your rough quote, (more or less, whatever... you can change once you have seen full job spec) and how long you think you would need to get the basic v1 site up and running.

Please no agencies, I prefer working directly with the person doing the work vs going through different people (if you work at an agency but I’ll have direct contact with you, sure no problem).
