Signage Web App (Angular + Springboot preferred)

To create a web based software for Digital signage. Please
1- The software should have a manager/designer part:
a. A designer module to be installed in the server-manager-designer; it will be used to design the screens to be displayed on remote TV’s( to display content from a library of images videos and scrolling text)
b. A schedule module to be installed in the server-manager-designer; It will be used to schedule content on individual or a group of screens
c. To accept import of images from powerpoint and pdf
d. A diagnose module to check on issues that occur with remote screens.

2- The software should have The viewer part to be installed in the players of remote TV’s , to communicate with the server-manager-designer.
3- The complete source code of the program to be provided, and ideally a repository we have access to should be used, with good-practice git such as frequent atomic commits used, so we have a solid project history to refer to

Preferably, the UI should be made with Angular and Springboot for any backend functionally.
