Project Management Web Application Development

I need a comprehensive web application tailored for architecture and engineering consultants. The primary purposes of this tool are
1- To simplifies the design team outreach to the project documents, tenders, control and processes
2- provide one interface for the project documents, project control, tender process and design review
3- Provide a coinvent interface for all stakeholder
4- Unify the way of work across the Project Managers
Key Functionalities:
- Document Management: The application needs to have a reliable system for managing project-related documents. To integrate with Autodesk Construction Cloud for documents storing and view. Provide an interactive way to verify documents naming convention, share documents in via system transmittals
- Project Control: The tool will need to include features to oversee the project's progress and make necessary adjustments. This will include Project Dashboard, Stakholders Requirements, change control, risk management, meetings and workshops notes, program tracking, formal design queries, issue formal letters and cost management
- Task Tracking: The tool should provide a clear overview of stakholders comments, their progress, and deadlines.
- Team Collaboration: It should include features to streamline communication and collaboration among team members. This could be through integration with Microsoft teams and or in app feature
- Tender Management: It should include functionalities for handling project tenders. Create a bid, associate documents to the tender, invite tenderer to the bid, capture tenderer input. In addition, this section should have analytical capabilities to compare the bid different components.

- The project will go through QA/QC process via Autodesk.
- Evidence of app test by independent reviewer.
- Debug and fix issues raised post deployment
