PWA Delivery Tracking Dashboard

I’m building a lightweight Progressive Web App that lets our internal admin team review everything that has already happened on the road. The interface should open instantly on any device, then present clean, filterable historical delivery data: dates, order IDs, driver notes, completion times, and any performance indicators you think will help us spot trends.

Key needs
• Secure, admin-only sign-in
• Fast tables and simple charts that can be filtered by date range, route, driver or status
• CSV / Excel export and a print-friendly view for quick audits
• Built as a true PWA—offline fallback, home-screen install prompt, responsive layout
• Hook up to our existing REST/JSON endpoints (or suggest a light Node/Firebase layer if that’s cleaner)
• Brief setup notes so I can redeploy it in staging or production without hand-holding

Acceptance criteria
1. Dashboard loads in under two seconds on a 3G connection.
2. All historical records returned by the API are visible, searchable and exportable.
3. Lighthouse audit scores 90+ for Performance, Accessibility and PWA.
4. Source code delivered via Git with clear README.
