POS/CRM project

I am looking for UI/UX desinger and front-end and backend designer for project below:

We are working on project POS/CRM software for Japanese market.
Now, front end is pretty much done.
However, in terms of UI/UX, it is very poor still.
So, we are looking for someone who are able to take over this project and update UI/UX.
