Mobile App and Web App, Fortune Telling App

I want to develop a fortune-telling application. Currently, the web and mobile application is largely available. I am looking for a teammate to complete the project. A colleague who knows google cloud ,angular,cloud function flutter , scss, mobile compatibility is required. I'm using typescript and google cloud function on the backend. Flutter on the mobile app side. I am using angular on web side. I need a teammate who will finish the project the way I want.
