MCA AOC-4 Filing Platform

Job ID: 40478761

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I need a senior full-stack developer who can take the MCA AOC-4 XBRL filing workflow and turn it into a production-ready web application built with Node.js on the server side and Angular on the client side.

Core scope
• Document preparation & validation – upload or compose financial statements, convert them to XBRL, and run all MCA-required validations before submission.
• Form submission to MCA – integrate directly with the MCA service to push the validated return, poll for acknowledgements, and surface any error messages to the user. [Optional]
• User management & permissions – a simple role system (admin, preparer, reviewer) with secure authentication so multiple clients can work inside the same tenancy without seeing each other’s data.

Interface expectations
The front-end should feel simple and clean: minimal colour palette, uncluttered layouts, clear status indicators, and responsive behaviour on desktop first (mobile optimisation is a plus).

Tech expectations
Node.js (Express) for APIs, Angular + TypeScript for the UI, and any relational or document database you are comfortable with for persistence. Please follow best practices for code organisation, testing, and CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar).

Deliverables
1. Source code repositories (backend and frontend) with README and setup scripts
2. Deployed staging environment demonstrating the full prepare-validate-submit cycle
3. Brief developer documentation covering architecture, build steps, and future extension points
4. Hand-over session (recorded) walking through the code and deployment

Acceptance criteria
• All three core features function without manual intervention.
• XBRL validation complies with the latest MCA schema.
• Successful submission returns an MCA acknowledgment and is stored in the database.
• User roles restrict access exactly as described.
• The UI matches the simple, clean aesthetic and passes basic accessibility checks.

If this sounds like the kind of green-field project you excel at, let’s discuss timelines and milestones.
