Laravel & Angular EdTech Upgrade

I’m refining an existing EdTech platform whose backend is built on Laravel and whose user-facing layer runs on Angular. I need a full-stack developer (7+ years of experience ) who can slip into the current codebase, resolve a handful of blocking bugs, and then roll straight into feature work and performance tuning. Ability to convert functional requirements into technical requirements, familiarity with API integrations, AI and automations is a must have.

Weekly commitment of 20hours/week.
