Highly Customizable HRMS Development

I need a seasoned full-stack developer to design and build a production-ready Human Resource Management System tailored to my organization. The application must be highly customizable, so all architecture, component, and UI decisions should anticipate future feature toggles and easy module expansion.

Core scope
The system has to ship with three priority modules—employee management, attendance & leave management, and an onboarding workflow—along with role-based access control and a reporting layer. I expect a clean, responsive front-end in Angular, a robust .NET (C#) back-end that exposes well-documented REST APIs, and SQL Server as the single source of truth.

Technical expectations
• Clean, scalable code following a layered architecture (API, business, data).
• Angular components written with reusable UI patterns and reactive forms.
• Entity Framework (or Dapper) for data access, with migrations scripted for SSMS.
• JWT-based authentication and granular RBAC.
• Unit and integration tests, plus basic CI/CD scripts so I can push straight to production.

Deliverables & acceptance
1. Complete source code for Angular, .NET, and SQL Server schema.
2. Seed data and scripts to bootstrap the application locally.
3. Admin credentials and instructions for configuring roles and permissions.
4. Brief hand-off documentation covering project structure, deployment, and how to extend modules.
