Fullstack Java Developer with Cloud & CI/CD Expertise -

Please note: there is no requirement of Software Development in this project, I need someone to conduct interviews for me for mid to senior level Java developers from time to time basis (it will be an engagement for next 6 to 12 months with at least 20-30 hours per month and can continue if things go well). So you must have very good experience as Fullstack Java Developer, with strong knowledge of CI/CD and Cloud expertise. If you have been involved in Architectural side that would be a real plus. Ideally you have been involved in the technical interviewing in your main job.

A Senior professional with at least 10+ years of overall experience in Java and other relevant technologies. Very strong knowledge in the followings areas is required:

- Spring Security
- Hibernate
- Design Patterns
- Databases experience
- ELK Stack
- Kafka
- RestFul API
- Microservices Architecture

- REACT.JS
- CI/CD, Jenkins
- GIT/ Maven
- Docker / Kubernetes
- AWS / Azure
- Agile / Scrum

Your tasks involve:

1: - Shortlisting of CV's received by the recruiter
2: - Conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates
3: - Give practical test to some candidates and evaluate them (if needed)
4: - Give final recommendation of selected candidate

It is important that you have good experience in interviewing and candidate selection, your approach to carry out the interview would be important for us.

Our recruiter will coordinate with you with the CV's against each job search and you will need to short list CV's and conduct final interviews.
