Full Stack Developer for Web Development

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with experience in Angular and Node.js to support ongoing and upcoming product development initiatives. This role is ideal for independent professionals who thrive in a remote, outcome-driven environment and can deliver high-quality, scalable solutions within defined timelines.

You will collaborate with our internal engineering, design, and product teams to build and enhance modern web applications using a microservices and micro frontend architecture.

Scope of Work
Frontend Development (Angular)
Develop and enhance responsive UI components using Angular
Implement reusable modules and scalable frontend architecture
Integrate APIs and backend services
Optimize performance, accessibility, and responsiveness
Collaborate with UI/UX designs and wireframes

Backend Development (Node.js / Hapi.js)
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
Implement business logic and integrations
Ensure API security, scalability, and performance
Manage authentication and authorization flows
Debug and resolve backend issues

Database & Caching
Work with PostgreSQL for schema design and queries
Use Drizzle ORM (or similar ORM) for database operations
Implement caching strategies using Redis
Optimize queries and data access patterns

Collaboration & Delivery
Work closely with distributed Agile teams
Participate in sprint planning / review sessions (as needed)
Deliver features within agreed timelines
Provide clean, maintainable, well-documented code
Support bug fixes and performance improvements

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (Freelance / Contract / Full-time)
Strong proficiency in Angular (v18+), TypeScript, HTML, CSS
Solid experience with Node.js
Experience with Hapi.js / Express.js
Strong understanding of REST APIs & Microservices
Experience with PostgreSQL
Familiarity with Redis
Proficiency in Git
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Micro Frontends architecture
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
Prior remote freelance project experience
Strong debugging & optimization skills
