Effective Managers (ASP.NET Zero Web Portal) - New screens, enhancements

We have an existing asp.net zero application using angular and .net core. We need a developer to take over the previous developer's role and build some new screens for us so that we can begin commrcializing the software.
We need a developer who has proficient experience with the ASP.NET Zero framework or ABP Boilerplate framework. Anyone without experience on these particular frameworks will struggle to add new functionality, knowledge of the development tools is essential.
We need two screens built: One for "team members" to add your team members to the site, and another page is the "org chart" so you can see who you already uploaded into the company.
