Design and build web front page using Angular and PrimeNG

I am seeking a web developer with experience in Angular and PrimeNG to design and build a web front page with the goal of displaying advertisement of people selling/providing service of used drones. I do not have an existing design or branding guidelines and require assistance with design ideas. The features I want to include on the front page are a product/service showcase. The ideal candidate for this job should have experience in Angular and PrimeNG, as well as a strong background in web design and branding. They should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with me to create a visually appealing and effective front page.
