UI Design & Development

I would like to develop a website that posts my travel experiences. I should be able to upload & showcases details regarding different trips along with the snaps / videos of locations / attractions etc. We may need to have some options to put comments for artifacts and suggest new / different locations for travelling.

I prefer Angular or React for development
