Angular Version Upgrade

I am looking for an experienced developer to upgrade three of our Angular-based websites to the Angular v16 and Node v16. The project is for an existing business, and the upgrade is necessary for improved UI/UX design, increased performance and speed, and adding additional features or integrations. I require the developer to complete the project within 1 month. The project should not take longer than this. If they can deliver the results quickly while maintaining a high quality of work, then the project will be successful.
