Angular SaaS Frontend Build

I need an Angular specialist to complete a full customer-facing front end that moves cleanly from a public landing area into authenticated screens. The work includes integrating an existing API, implementing secure sign-in and sign-up and wizard, and delivering responsive authenticated pages with dashboards, settings and account management. The build must use idiomatic Angular with clean TypeScript, SCSS, routing, services and sensible state management. It must support token handling and future OAuth integration. Final delivery requires full source, build instructions and a working environment through npm install and ng serve.
