Angular SPA with Moderate Interactivity

I need a lightweight Single Page Application built with Angular. The app will live on a single code-base but feel like several pages through client-side routing. It should allow users to move between two or three core views, trigger a few actions (think form submissions, simple filter changes or modal pop-ups) and update the view without a full page reload.

Key points I want covered:
• Clean Angular structure with routing, reusable components and a shared service for state.
• Moderate interactivity only—no heavy real-time sockets, but I do expect click or form events to alter what the user sees right away.
• Typescript, SCSS/CSS and standard Angular CLI tooling so I can continue maintaining it myself later.
• A brief README explaining how to run, build and extend the project.

Please deliver the full source in a Git-friendly format and make sure it compiles cleanly with ng build --prod before hand-off.
