Angular and .Net Core - Fix a difficult routing issue

We have encountered a bug in our angular code that is Microsoft Identity. We have a working code sample of how it is supposed to work but our live code is not working correctly.

The link needs to go to the /identity/account/manage page but instead is going to Auth/Login

Please do not bid if you are not 100% sure you can fix it
