Angular Front End Developer for Runway
Budget: $50 – $0 AUD
Runway is seeking two Front End Developers to join our growing Angular AI integration team. You’ll work on the front lines of innovation, helping build intelligent user interfaces that automate complex workflows, accelerate content creation, and deliver real-time insights for Australian and US leading developers and builders.

What You'll Be Working On
As part of the AI integration team, you’ll:
• Build Angular interfaces that interact with AI-powered backend services
• Develop new features supporting:
◦ Workflow automation
◦ AI-assisted content generation
◦ Data extraction and insight presentation
• Design front-end components for explainable, auditable, human-in-the-loop systems
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to bring intelligent features to life
• Ensure performance, usability, and accessibility across complex data-driven interfaces
Required Experience
• 3+ years of professional experience with Angular (v13+ preferred)
• Strong skills in RxJS, NgRx, Signals API, and reactive programming
• Solid grasp of Angular architecture, change detection, and dependency injection
• Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience working with REST APIs and structured/unstructured data
• Comfort with building moderately complex UI states (approval flows, dashboards, etc.)
AI-Related Experience
• Experience integrating AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, AWS AI, etc.)
• Ability to design UIs for AI-generated content or automated decisions
• Familiarity with human-in-the-loop patterns, explainability, or audit-style interfaces
• Basic understanding of prompt construction and response parsing from LLMs
Nice to Have
• Experience with Angular Material, Tailwind, or Bootstrap
• Built or contributed to component libraries
• Familiarity with real-time data (e.g., WebSockets), PDF parsing, or micro front-ends
• Interest in AI UX/ethics, versioning AI outputs, or traceable decision-making
