Angular Business Homepage Build

I need a clean, production-ready Angular codebase that delivers a single, fully responsive Home page for my business site. For now the only mandatory section on that page is a Testimonials block that can pull quotes from a simple JSON array or mock API; everything else can stay as placeholder content so we can expand later into About or Contact pages.

Here’s what I expect:
• Angular (latest stable), TypeScript and SCSS setup, configured with routing even though only one route is active.
• A reusable component for the Testimonials section with carousel or card-style presentation, fed by a service.
• Mobile-first styling, tested in the major browsers.
• Clear instructions in README on how to run, build and where to drop new sections when we add them.

Deliver the full source in a Git repository so I can continue adding pages after this milestone. Let me know your timeframe and any dependencies you foresee.
