Angular to Blazor

I am looking for a developer to migrate our Angular 1.22 project to Blazor within a month. The ideal candidate should have experience with both Angular and Blazor. Additionally, I have a document that lays out the current code and how it operates. What I want is the existing HTML and CSS to be used within the Blazor framework. The candidate will liaise with our lead C# developer for any additional components if required
