Angular BMS App Development

Job ID: 39978712

Budget: $50 – $0 USD

I’m putting together a web-based Building Management System and need an Angular expert who can turn my functional outline into a polished, production-ready app. The stack is fixed—Angular 20+, Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Functions), Three.js for 3-D plant-room visualisation, and Tailwind combined with Angular Material for the UI layer.

Core objectives
• Real-time monitoring: live sensor feeds stream from Firestore and instantly update charts, gauges and a 3-D model rendered with Three.js.
• Energy-consumption reports: aggregate data on demand, display daily / weekly / monthly usage trends, and export to PDF or CSV.
• Automated controls: write and queue commands (e.g. HVAC set-points) back to Firebase Functions with optimistic UI feedback and error handling.

Deliverables
1. A clean, well-structured Angular workspace (stand-alone API, feature modules, lazy loading).
2. Firebase integration (Auth guards, Firestore rules, Cloud Functions triggers).
3. Responsive UI styled with Tailwind and Angular Material themes.
4. Three.js scene showing equipment states, colour-coded by live status.
5. Reporting module with charting (ngx-charts or Chart.js) and export utilities.
6. Unit / e2e tests plus short setup README so I can run the build locally.

Acceptance is a Git repo that builds without warnings, passes the test suite, and deploys to Firebase Hosting with working links for every feature listed above.

If you’re comfortable combining Angular, Firebase and Three.js in one cohesive codebase, I’d love to see your approach and timeline.
