Angular App for Custom Form Building

I'm looking for an Angular expert who can re-develop a custom form builder application with Firebase backend. This app is a re-development of an existing ASP MVC5 application.
The primary purpose of the app is to create instructions for medical treatment. First, the client will have the ability to establish a master list of available prompts, the prompt type (rich text, checkboxes, radio buttons, selects, etc.), and their sequence. Templates may then be created based on the master for various treatment types. The Template specifies which prompts apply and the default values for each. Finally, users can select a template "form" to complete, pre-filled with the default values, modify them as needed, and generate a table-based html view that can be copy-pasted into MS Word.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proficient in Angular 17+ and Firebase
- Experience in developing interactive applications
- Experience with Image Transformation using services like Cloudinary or Sharp
- Experience with Angular Standalone and Signals
- Experience with rxjs
