Angular App Refactor

I need an expert Angular developer to completely rebuild a complex Angular application.

The project involves:
- API backend integration
- AWS Amplify login with Cognito
- Over 15 UI components
- Over 10 services
- much more

The current code is poorly organized and lacks testing. Deprecated dependencies and frameworks must be updated. I need:
- Clean code architecture
- Proper test coverage
- Reusable styles

UI components should follow a custom design approach we have already taken.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong expertise in Angular
- Experience with AWS Amplify and Cognito
- Proficient in code refactoring and test-driven development
- Solid design skills for custom UI
