My team needs a seasoned Ionic developer who is completely up-to-date with the latest framework releases, Angular/Capacitor upgrades, and best practices for performance, security, and maintainability. The goal is to craft a brand-new hybrid application that runs flawlessly on iOS, Android, and Web, serving enterprise-grade requirements such as secure authentication, offline data caching, and integration with AWS Lambda functions as back-end services.

Because we have no existing style guide, you will own the visual direction from wireframes through polished UI, creating a clean, modern look that feels truly native on each platform while remaining consistent with enterprise usability standards. Expect to collaborate closely with our back-end team for API specifications and data models.

Key deliverables:
• Full Ionic/Angular codebase in a Git repository, ready for CI/CD
• Custom UI/UX design assets (Figma or Sketch) and exported style guide
• Signed iOS and Android release builds plus TestFlight/Play Console beta packages
• Clear setup documentation so another developer can run the project in minutes

Acceptance criteria will include smooth performance on mid-range devices, zero critical lint errors, successful authentication against our staging server, and approval in TestFlight/Play internal testing.
