nestjs error 500 api

Hello, I have a project in Angular on the front end and Nestjs on the backend, the problem is that many api urls I receive a 500 error, others 200 OK, and others 403 forbidden, it is very strange.
I need to fix urls 403 and 500, I think it's all due to the same error, but I don't know what it could be.
