need to run current angular6.0 project on my local machine. need someone who can work remotely thru zoom meeting

I'm looking for an experienced Freelancer with expertise in running Angular 6.0 projects on Windows machines. I need them to be able to install the necessary application dependencies for the project as I am unable to do that. I already have the required source code and understand the usage of the application dependencies. Necessary guidance and input from the freelancer wanted. This project can be done remotely, with my presence over the Zoom Meeting online platform.
