need angular code for a age range validation for a new application

I am looking for an Angular code solution to add an age validator that requires all users to be at least 18 years of age for a new application. I would like the validator to be based on date of birth. Furthermore, the validator should be adjustable to be able to allow both adult and underage users to interact with the application.
