I need Angular+Rails Site developer

Hello, We have a Rails 6 API backend and Angular 13 frontend existing site that we would like to add additional functionality. One page that we would like to add is a "File Share" feature to our Traceability web app. File uploading is already implemented along with a number of rails helper functions. We are looking for production quality.
