This is basically simple start but it will lead to long-term and complex and big assignment.
You communication should be good with written English and timely updates, responsiveness would do trick.
I would like to work on daily payment basis but once we are well familiar with your skills, it can be weekly payment. To start with, you can show us simple work done on remote(via teamviewer).
Once you do know how to work with the project, codebase will be shared with database.
Work is to rewrite Angular code from Angular.js code. Only individual professional please.
DotNet experience is not mandatory once you know Angular and Angular.js well.
