The contract is regarding an app that is deployed, needs some fixing, and re-design is preferable if you can work with marketing to ensure the app meets all European standards and requirements as well as Google store and apple store.
The app is built with the following frameworks: Javascript, Expressjs, angular, ionic, MongoDB, and iOS dev.
