building an Arabic website using angular

I need a simple Arabic website built with Angular framework and using Firebase for database and hosting.
The website should have the following:

- Home page
- Contact us section
- Blog page
- Photo page
- Videos page (youtoube videos)
- Audios page
- Authors page ( for PDF doucument)
- History and biography (text only)
- The colors are used should be dark

Notes:
The language is arabic.
The website should be easy to edit for the administrator.
