build a website(fixed budget 5000 inr)

at initial stage it would be a registration site with all the sign in and signup functionality as below.

login/signup page

1. social login
2. user credential login
3. forgot password login(email otp reset)
4. sign up
6. secure page after login displaying message (welcome "username")
7. logout

technologies
frontend will call rest endpoint for all services(login/register/forgotPW/logout etc)
