I need Angular specialist to upgrade the current version of angular to the latest stable version.
It's a small job to upgrade angular for the right person. I will have a lot of angular work, so I need Angular expert. The important thing is to make sure the app still works after the upgrade. and we would need to make sure the build still works etc for Jenkins. test task budget is 30$
