angular site UI fix

We have an angular 4 page website with decent UI, which is compatible on desktop and mobile but not compatible on tablet device. and also we need some better font. Also grid numbers breaks in between on mobile device or smaller screen. such issues needs to be fixed for complete site. No change in UX required only UI fix needed..
