angular site Loading time reduce to 2 to 4 seconds
Budget: $50 – $100 USD
I am looking for a freelancer with experience in optimizing the loading time of an Angular site. The current google pagespeed insights for desktop and mobile are attached screenshot. I need improved performance parameter above 90. I would like to reduce loading time to the lower end of that range 2-4 seconds, ideally below 3 seconds.

I am not sure how to improve the loading speed and would appreciate suggestions from the freelancer. I do not have any specific performance metrics in mind, so I am open to suggestions on what they should be.
