angular / laravel mysql developer

I am looking for an Angular & Laravel MySQL developer to help with a project I have in mind. The specific tasks the developer will be working on is Frontend development, based on a design that I already have ready. The intended functionality of the frontend is User Interaction and the project should incorporate latest technologies. I'm looking for someone who has experience working with these technologies and is able to create a fully functioning website.
