angular item routing project

Project creation from 0. Items are currently logged into database. Application will route parts from three initial departments to final output department.
Housed on intranet MSSQL server.
Configuration of workstation saved on device.
Candidate must be very communicative and have time to see project through completion.
Plan: will collaborate with me to finalize - 2-4 hours
Do: Build GUI, Services 8 -10 hours
Check: beta test system 2: hours
Finalize: update system to make sure things work as expected: 0 - 4hours
