Website to iOS and Android with push notifications using React Native

I am in need of a developer to mobile apps for iOS and Android using React Native from my website. The website was built using AngularJS, Bootstrap, Javascript, HTML, CSS and PHP. The app should include push notifications, with an estimated amount of more than 500 per day. I will also require setting up push servers for both iOS and Android as I will need to send push notification alerts to individual users. I will require the source code and assistance in setting up development environment in order to be able to compile the code myself in case I do not have access to the original developer. I require the following skills and experience:

- Strong knowledge of React Native
- Experience with iOS and Android development
- Familiarity with push notification systems
- Ability to convert a custom-built website into a mobile app
- Attention to detail and ability to create a user-friendly interface

Optional:

- Knowledge of user authentication, in-app purchases, and location services is a plus.
