Website Program - Changes and Fixes to UI/UX

I have a website program that needs some changes and fixes done to the UI/UX. Attached is a list of the changes, corrections and fixes I need done. Also attached are sample images of the problems and possible fixes. It seems like the pages are not consistent with the layout, text size, button sizes, button layout, etc. I believe the program is written in Angular, but not sure. I also need to add a number of new features to the program (separte job). If you can do both the changes, fixes to the UI/UX and add new features that would be great. Just let me know and I'll send the list of features. The maximum budget we have allocated for this job is $400
