Website Interaction Enhancement Needed

My website currently reaches roughly 86 million registered users, yet daily engagement has stalled. I need a developer who can analyse the existing codebase, propose interaction-driving improvements, and implement them end-to-end without disrupting the live service. Think modern, friction-free features that keep visitors talking, reacting, and returning—whether that’s a dynamic commenting layer, real-time activity notifications, or other creative elements you know will work at scale.

You’ll start by reviewing the frontend (React) and backend (Node + Mongo) to map what’s already in place, then suggest interaction modules that integrate cleanly with our tech stack. Once we agree on the plan, I’ll expect iterative releases on a staging server, load-testing to prove stability for peak traffic, and clear documentation so my in-house team can maintain the new code.

Acceptance criteria
• Deployed features run smoothly for at least 48 hours under simulated high load
• Page performance remains within 200 ms of current baseline
• Full technical hand-off delivered, including architecture notes and API specs
